If so, please consider donating your vehicle to the Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation.
You get a tax write-off for the money the car brings in, and we get a donation. It's a win-win situation.
Here is how the program works: We have contracted with a vehicle donation program to process
vehicle donations for us. You fill out the car donation form on
our website or contact America's Car Donation Charities Center
to donate your vehicle. They will contact you to schedule an appointment
to pick up your car at your convenience. Upon pick-up, you will get a receipt for your donation.
Your vehicle is then entered into a vehicle auction. After the auction, the car donation program will send you a postcard with the amount the car sold for.

Generally speaking, the fair market value of the car is deductible up to $500; above that, it's the actual sale price***. LDCRF receives 70% of the proceeds
from the auction, all of which goes directly to benefit our dogs and cats.
